过去,制动器的研究重点是提高制动器的性能,近年来由于舒适性要求的提高,制动器噪声开始引起人们的重视,根据对产生制动噪声起主要作用的摩擦系数μ的看法,可分为两类。一类是假设摩擦系数是恒定的,由于制动构件的自激振动的振动特性不稳定而产生制动噪声。另一类是假设由于摩擦系数μ随着滑动速度v变化引起的自激振动而产生噪声。
In the past, research on brakes has focused on improving the performance of brakes. In recent years, due to the increasing comfort requirements, brake noise has begun to attract attention. According to the view of friction coefficient μ that plays a major role in generating brake noise, it can be divided into two types . One is to assume that the friction coefficient is constant, and brake noise is generated due to unstable vibration characteristics of the self-excited vibration of the brake member.
