在激光准直技术中,减少光束漂移、降低大气扰动对光束的影响尤为重要。本文介绍一种双半导体激光器(LD)交替调制宽光束准直方法。它用棱镜的两反射面将光束分成对称的两部分,对棱镜的棱线形成的光束分界线作为准直基准。与传统的He-Ne激光细光束准直法相比,这种方法受大气扰动的影响小,光束漂移小,准直基线的稳定性好。
In the laser collimation technology, it is very important to reduce the beam drift and reduce the influence of atmospheric disturbance on the light beam. This article describes a dual semiconductor laser (LD) alternating modulation wide beam collimation method. It uses the two reflecting surfaces of the prism to divide the beam into two symmetrical parts, and the boundary of the beam formed by the ridge of the prism is used as the reference of the collimation. Compared with the traditional He-Ne laser beamlet collimation method, this method is less affected by the atmospheric disturbance, and the beam drift is small, and the stability of the collimated baseline is good.
