以新疆野生苹果、小凡山八棱海棠、津轻和国庆苹果果实为试材,用反相高效液相色谱法测定幼果期和果实膨大期果皮、果肉绿原酸含量和变化趋势。结果表明,4种苹果幼果期绿原酸含量均高于果实膨大期;在幼果期和果实膨大期,除了国庆,其余3种苹果果肉绿原酸含量均高于果皮;小凡山八棱海棠果肉绿原酸含量达790.73 mg/kg,远高于新疆野生苹果、津轻和国庆。
The content and trend of chlorogenic acid in pericarp and pulp of juvenile fruit and fruit enlargement stage were determined by RP-HPLC with Xinjiang wild apple, Xiaofanshan Palusnglii, Jinqing and Guoqing apple fruits as test materials. The results showed that the content of chlorogenic acid in young fruits of four kinds of apples were all higher than those in fruit enlargement. In young fruits and swollen fruits, in addition to National Day, the content of chlorogenic acid in the other three kinds of apples was higher than that in peels; Begonia melon chlorogenic acid content of 790.73 mg / kg, much higher than the Xinjiang wild apple, light and the National Day.
