合理用药作为医疗服务质量和医疗安全的重要指标之一，承担着患者用药安全的保障。目前，医疗机构的中药用药安全管理相对薄弱。作者以绩效考核指标为指引，创建中药用药安全管理系统五大系统，包括中药调剂质量管理系统、中药合理用药管控系统、中药合理用药评价系统、肿瘤患者用药管理系统和中药不良反应监测系统，形成从中药质量管理至患者使用全过程的闭环式信息化建设，为促进中药药事管理提供一定的参考。“,”As one of the important indicators of medical service quality and medical safety, rational drug using is the guarantee of patients′ medication safety.
