据文献报导,尿素注射液对减低顱內压方面具有优异疗效,引起医学界的重视;但对該剂制备方法,仅介紹将消毒尿素結晶用醚洗后,在紫外光綫下装入灭菌的瓶內,溶解于灭菌的10%转化糖溶液中,使成30%尿素注射液供用。1959年我院开始应用尿素于临床。由于市售无消毒的尿素結晶,作者便参考上述方法,将分析試剂規格的尿素在无菌室內用醚洗后,溶解于溶剂后滤过供临床应用。但此制剂不能久存;每次新鮮配制费时頗多,不能及时解决临床急用的需要。同年采用水重結晶法制成注射用尿素,可貯存备用。1961年又进一步改用醇重結
