目的 :筛选与分离枸杞子中抑制人前列腺细胞增殖的活性成分。方法 :水、95 %乙醇、5 0 %乙醇、丙酮与正丁醇等溶剂分别提取 ,经硅胶柱色谱和TLC分离 ;MS ,IR ,1HNMR ,UV确定结构。MTT显色试验测定提取物的抑制人前列腺癌PC3 细胞增殖活性。结果 :从枸杞子 5 0 %乙醇提取物中分得单体化合物莨菪亭 ,并证明有显著的抑制PC3 细胞增殖活性。结论 :莨菪亭是枸杞子抑制PC3 细胞增殖的活性成分。
Objective : To screen and isolate the active ingredients that inhibit the proliferation of human prostate cells in gardenia. Methods : Water, 95% ethanol, 50% ethanol, acetone and n-butanol were extracted respectively. The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and TLC. MS, IR, 1HNMR and UV were used to determine the structure. The MTT chromogenic assay measures the extract’s ability to inhibit human prostate cancer PC3 cell proliferation. RESULTS : The monomeric compound quinoline was extracted from the 50% ethanol extract of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae and it was demonstrated that it significantly inhibited the proliferation activity of PC3 cells. Conclusion :Embryonics is an active ingredient of wolfberry fruit to inhibit the proliferation of PC3 cells.
