小组合作学习是落实“学案导学、先学后教、以学定教、以学评教”课堂教学理念的重要手段。但目前有一部分教师在教学实践中的“小组合作学习”往往存在重形式、缺实效的现象。本文就采取哪些有效措施来增强“小组合作学习”的实效性等方面进行探索和论述。
