目的:探讨高频通气吸氧对化疗的增敏意义。方法:将95 例经病理或细胞学确诊的非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为2 组,一组采用高频通气吸氧合并化疗,另一组仅给化疗作为对照,观察近期疗效。两组病例均采用 C T X、 D D P 及 A D M 联合化疗2 周期,高频通气组于化疗前后4 次给氧共7 小时。结果:两组病例近期疗效分别为55 .3 % 和33 .3 % ,统计学显示有显著差异。结论:高频通气合并化疗可提高非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。
Objective: To investigate the sensitivity of high-frequency ventilation and oxygen in the sensitization of chemotherapy. METHODS: Ninety-five patients with NSCLC confirmed by pathology or cytology were randomly divided into two groups. One group received high-frequency ventilation and oxygen combined with chemotherapy. The other group only received chemotherapy as a control and observed the short-term efficacy. In both groups, CTX, DDP, and AMD were used in combination with 2 cycles of chemotherapy, and in the high-frequency ventilation group, oxygen was given 4 times before and after chemotherapy for 7 hours. Results: The short-term efficacy of the two groups was 55. 3% and 33. 3%, statistically significant differences. Conclusion: High-frequency ventilation combined with chemotherapy can improve the short-term efficacy of non-small cell lung cancer.
