目的研究泰国大风子的化学成分。方法采用柱色谱手段,结合波谱方法(MS、1D NMR)分离鉴定泰国大风子的化学成分。结果从泰国大风子的石油醚和醋酸乙酯部分分离纯化了15个化合物。分别鉴定为对羟基苯甲醛(1)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲醛(2)、5-羟基-3-醛基吲哚(3)、蔗糖(4)、3-羟基-1-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯)-1-丙酮(5)、楝叶吴萸素B(6)、erythro-1,2-bis-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-propane-1,3-diol(7)、threo-1,2-bis-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-propane-1,3-diol(8)、erythro-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-{4-[2-formyl-(E)-vinyl]-2-methoxyphenoxy}-propane-1,3-diol(9)、threo-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-{4-[2-formyl-(E)-vinyl]-2-methoxyphenoxy}-propane-1,3-diol(10)、胡萝卜苷(11)、齐墩果酸(12)、3′-甲氧基木犀草素(13)、5,4′-二羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮(14)、木犀草素(15)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents Methods The chemical constituents of P. thaliana were isolated and identified by column chromatography and spectroscopy (MS, 1D NMR). Results A total of 15 compounds were isolated and purified from the big-bodied Thai petroleum ether and ethyl acetate fractions. They were identified as p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (1), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde (2) (6), erythro-1,2-bis- (4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) -propane-1 3-diol (7), threo-1,2-bis- (4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) (9), threo-1- (4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) -2- 3-diol (10), daucosterol (11), oleanolic acid (12), 3’-methoxyphenol Luteolin (13), 5,4’-dihydroxy-7-methoxyflavone (14), luteolin (15). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
