目的:探究持续性质量改进在冠心病介入治疗患者中的应用及临床效果观察。方法:选取在本院接受冠心病介入治疗的117例患者,将患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统护理方法,观察组采用持续性质量改进护理方法,连续护理4周,比较两组冠心病介入治疗患者的心脏事件发生率和患者对护理干预的满意度。结果:观察组心脏事件发生率(5%)明显低于对照组的心脏事件发生率(32%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对于护理的满意度(97%)高于对照组患者对于护理的满意度(50%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:持续性质量改进护理应用于冠心病介入治疗患者中,能够有效降低患者的心脏事件发生率,提高患者对护理人员的满意度。
Objective: To investigate the application of continuous quality improvement in patients with coronary heart disease and its clinical effects. Methods: A total of 117 patients undergoing coronary intervention in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with traditional nursing method. The observation group was treated with continuous quality improvement nursing method for 4 weeks. The incidences of cardiac events and patient satisfaction with nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of cardiac events (5%) in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (32%) (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of patients in observation group was 97% The satisfaction rate (50%) higher than that of the control group was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: Continuous quality improvement nursing is applied to patients with coronary heart disease intervention, which can effectively reduce the incidence of cardiac events and improve patient satisfaction with nursing staff.
