本文报道用中药麝香痛经膏(简称痛经膏)贴敷穴位治疗痛经151例的免痛或止痛(简称止痛)临床试验结果。试验分两个阶段;第一阶段在60例149周期作初步试验,按周期计算止痛有效率达79.9％。第二阶段为主要部分,在平行比较组,用痛经膏治疗51例,其中45例有止痛效果,有效率达88.2％。用氧化锌橡皮膏对照51例,其中14例有止痛效果,有效率27.5％。此后对照组中仍有较重痛经40例,再予痛经膏治疗,其中33例止痛有效,有效率达82.5％。治疗结果表明痛经膏组有效率显著高于对照组(X~2值分别为38.6及31.2,p值均<0.01)。在治疗中无严重不良反应。
This article reports the clinical trial results of pain relief or analgesia (abbreviated as pain relief) for 151 cases of dysmenorrhea treated with acupuncture points for the application of Chinese herbal medicine “Yinxiang dysmenorrhea cream”. The trial was divided into two phases; the first phase was performed in 60 cases of 149 cycles, and the effective rate of analgesia by cycle was 79.9%. The second stage was the main part. In the parallel comparison group, 51 cases were treated with dysmenorrhea cream, of which 45 cases had analgesic effect and the effective rate was 88.2%. With zinc oxide plaster control 51 cases, of which 14 cases have analgesic effect, an effective rate of 27.5%. After that, there were still 40 cases of severe dysmenorrhea in the control group, and they were given dysmenorrhea cream again. Among them, 33 cases had effective pain relief and the effective rate was 82.5%. The treatment results showed that the effective rate of dysmenorrhea group was significantly higher than that of the control group (X~2 values were 38.6 and 31.2, respectively, p values <0.01). There are no serious adverse reactions in the treatment.
