卫生部食品安全综合协调与卫生监督局局长苏志4月21日在北京举行的2011年国际食品安全论坛上表示,中国已经正式决定建立国家食品安全风险评估中心。他透露,即将建设的国家食品安全风险评估中心是一个实体,初期准备有200人的编制。未来开展风险评估工作时采用理事会的方式,将成立多部门的理事会,对风险评估中心进行管理,日常管理工作则由卫生部履行。
At the 2011 International Food Safety Forum held in Beijing on April 21, Su Shi, director of the General Coordination and Health Surveillance Administration of Food Safety of the Ministry of Health, said that China has formally decided to establish a national food safety risk assessment center. He disclosed that the forthcoming national food safety risk assessment center to be built is an entity with an initial preparation of 200. In the future, risk assessment work will be conducted in the form of a board of directors that will set up a multi-sectoral council to manage the risk assessment center and perform routine management by the Ministry of Health.
