DTwP -rHB联合疫苗是根据CVI的宗旨研制的以DTP为基础的并与基因工程乙肝疫苗 (CHO细胞产 )相联合的新的儿童疫苗。为了进一步地研究在联合配制后DTwP疫苗中各单一组分与rHB疫苗之间在抗原的免疫原性方面存在何种相关作用 ,我们设计了本试验 ,即将D、T、wP和rHB组分分别配合 ,根据《中国生物制品规程》的要求检测各配合组制品中各组分的免疫力 ,以证实各组分抗原之间是否存在免疫增强作用或是免疫干扰作用。通过试验我们确认D、T及wP组分对rHB组分的免疫原性无干扰作用且有增强作用 ,而rHB组分对D、T及wP各组分的免疫原性无干扰作用。
The DTwP-rHB combination vaccine is a new DTP-based vaccine developed in accordance with the CVI and combined with a genetically engineered hepatitis B vaccine (CHO cell line). To further investigate what correlates the antigenic immunogenicity between the individual components of the DTwP vaccine and the rHB vaccine after co-formulation, we designed this test to separate the D, T, wP and rHB components In accordance with the requirements of “China Biological Products Regulations”, the immunity of each component in each combination product is tested to confirm whether there is immune enhancement or immune interference among the components. Through experiments, we confirmed that D, T and wP components had no interference effect on the immunogenicity of rHB component and had an enhancement effect, while the rHB component had no interference on the immunogenicity of each component of D, T and wP.
