实验采用准相位匹配的PPKTP晶体对922 nm连续激光进行外腔谐振倍频,获得稳定461 nm激光。实验装置采用一体化环形腔设计,实现最大耦合转换效率达73.3%,获得208 mW的4 61 nm蓝光输出。实验结论中通过分析,修正损耗误差,得到最佳耦合腔镜反射率,并深入讨论了耦合腔镜的两种反射率对倍频输出功率和效率的影响,同时就晶体吸收效应和热透镜效应对倍频试验的影响也进行了深入研究。
In the experiment, PPMTP crystal with quasi-phase matching was used to make the resonant frequency doubling of 922 nm continuous laser to obtain a stable 461 nm laser. The experimental setup uses an integrated toroidal cavity design that achieves a maximum coupling efficiency of 73.3% and yields a blue output of 4 61 nm at 208 mW. In the conclusion of the experiment, the optimal coupling mirror reflectivity was obtained by analyzing and correcting the loss error. The effects of the two kinds of reflectivity of the coupling mirror on the output power and the efficiency of the doubler were deeply discussed. At the same time, the crystal absorption and thermal lensing effects The impact of frequency doubling test has also been studied in depth.
