应用银染PCR-SSCP方法对18例慢性淋巴细胞白血病(CLL)p53、p16基因点突变进行研究,共检出p53基因及p16基因点突变各1例,p53基因突变位于第5外显子突变热点区,p16基因突变位于第2外显子.结果表明CLL存在多种癌基因与抑癌基因改变. The point mutations of p53 and p16 genes in 18 cases of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) were studied by silver staining PCR-SSCP method. One p53 gene and one p16 gene point mutation were detected. The p53 gene mutation was located in the fifth exon mutation. In the hot spot region, the p16 gene mutation is located in exon 2. The results indicate that there are many oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes in CLL.
