利用ML 2 2 5型湿砂橡胶轮式磨损试验机、扫描电镜对所开发的四种用于履带式工程机械行走机构堆焊修复用药芯焊丝的熔敷金属磨粒磨损性能进行了试验研究 .结果表明 ,1、2号焊丝熔敷金属的磨损主要是微观切削 ,而 3、4号焊丝熔敷金属的磨损则是多次塑变磨损机理占据主导地位 .这四种焊丝在三峡工程修复履带式工程机械行走机构中发挥了巨大的作用 ,取得了良好的经济效益
The abrasion performance of four kinds of deposited metal abrasives, which are used for surfacing and repairing flux cored wire for crawler construction machinery, was tested by ML225 type wet sand rubber wheeled abrasion tester and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the wear of the deposited metal of the welding wire No. 1 and 2 is mainly micro-cutting, while the wear of the deposited metal of the No. 3 and 4 wire is dominated by multiple plastic deformation and wear mechanisms.The four kinds of welding wire repair the track in the Three Gorges Project Type construction machinery walking agencies have played a huge role, and achieved good economic returns
