社会网络被认为是研究员工关系问题的有效因子,但组织内的社会网络对新员工融职期间的作用机制却仍然缺乏系统性研究。文章以社会网络为基础,运用模型的构建得出社会网络对新员工融职的影响。并围绕员工在融职的过程中表现出的不同特点、组织内主要社会网络关系可采取的相应的支持点,提出若干建议,以期保证员工顺利实现由局外人向局内人的转变。
Social network is considered to be an effective factor in the study of employee relationship problems. However, the social network in the organization lacks systematic research on the role of new social workers in the process of employee recruitment. Based on the social network, the article uses the construction of the model to draw the conclusion that the social network influences the new employee’s melting off. In the meantime, some suggestions are put forward to support employees’ different merits in the process of employee service and the corresponding support points of the main social networks in the organization so as to ensure the smooth transition of employees from outsiders to insiders.
