伸缩式金属模板主要技术数据的确定及伸缩装置的改进

1984年以前,我单位在立井井筒施工中,一直用金属模板进行井筒井壁混凝土浇注,它不论在速度上还是从质量上都收到了满意的效果。我们施工河南密县超化矿主副井井筒,主井净径4.5m,断面15.9m~2,基岩段平均月成井47.2m,最高达67.5m,井筒优良品率达87.0%;副井净径6.0m,断面28.3m~2,基岩段平均月成井48.0m,最高达68.0m,井筒优良品率达100%。在全国1984年17对立井井筒施工竞赛中分别列为第七名和第二名,这是由于把有敞露伸缩装置的金属模板改为具有密封伸缩装置的金属模板(以下简称密封金属模板),进一步提高了金属模板的使用性能。1986~1987年,我们曾先后在河南密县王庄矿东风井、巩县铁生沟矿主副井井筒施工中使用密封金 Before 1984, my unit in the shaft shaft construction, has been using metal formwork well wall concrete pouring, it both in speed and quality have received satisfactory results.
