经济全球化的同时,一场全球性的教育信息化革命,也正以迅雷不及掩耳之势在教育各个领域的不同层面展开。教育信息化程度已成为衡量一个国家、一个地区教育现代化的重要标志。实现教育信息化是新形势下社会经济发展对基础教育提出的必然要求,也是推进中国基础教育现代化的必由之路。为推动中国基础教育信息化的进程,更好地促进中国信息技术教育稳步、健康地发展。2005年8月18日至20日,中国教育技术协会信息技术教育专业委员会第一届学术年会,暨基础教育信息化发展战略论坛在长春隆重召开。这是教育技术界空前盛会、是一次来自天南海北的教育技术界知名专家、学者畅所欲言、各抒己见的群贤大聚会。正所谓“独学而无友,则孤陋而寡闻”,“海纳百川,有容乃大”。
