依托于乐山进港大道,从设计与施工两个方面对宽路幅沥青路面的质量控制进行了阐述:为了减少水稳层的开裂,集料级配采用五档,并且采用振动成型法试验,减少了水泥用量;而且为了增加路面抗裂性,在基层与面层之间采用橡胶应力吸收层技术,下面层采用岩沥青改性混合料;排水体系采用双算式雨水口排除路面水,并对沥青混凝土层间做了单独设计;施工中为了加快施工进度,采用了多工序、多点面立体交叉施工,并针对橡胶应力吸收层与纵向接缝处理的施工做了专门的介绍,为后续宽路幅沥青路面的施工质量控制具有一定的指导价值。
