研究液压挖掘机用液压泵变量机构的工作原理,利用液压仿真软件AMESim建立变量机构的双泵模型;通过对挖掘机载荷谱试验数据和仿真结果的对比分析,验证仿真模型的正确性;研究挖掘机在交叉功率控制和负流量控制模式下的能耗特性,为变量机构的改进和挖掘机的节能研究提供依据。
The working principle of the variable mechanism of the hydraulic pump for hydraulic excavator is studied. The double pump model of the variable mechanism is established by using the hydraulic simulation software AMESim. The correctness of the simulation model is verified by comparing and analyzing the experimental data and the simulation results of the load spectrum of the excavator. The energy consumption characteristics of the machine under cross power control and negative flow control mode provide the basis for the improvement of variable mechanism and energy saving research of excavator.
