感应加热淬火具有加热速度快、淬火变形小,氧化脱碳少等优点,成为广泛应用的热处理工艺。但多年来,由于感应加热温度靠目测,控制调节靠手动,成为工人操作繁重负担,而且稍有不慎就出质量事故。例如:1980年我厂生产的HS3T手动葫芦,在行业质量检测中,由于整机试拉时片齿轮断齿使产品由合格品降为等外品。经分析,是因淬火时温度偏高造成的。我们迫切需要一种在感应加热中测温的仪器。1986年3月我们使用了北京四通应用技术研究
