采用高能激光束对厚板激光焊接件进行激光冲击强化(LSP)处理,并利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、显微硬度仪、高精度电子天平和扫描电镜(SEM)观察分析手段研究了激光冲击强化对激光焊接件抗气蚀性能的影响。试验结果表明,增加激光冲击强化脉冲能量气蚀后,激光焊接件马氏体强度相对提高、马氏体剥落得到抑制,表面和横截面硬度增加,累积质量损失和表面气蚀破坏面积减小。随着激光能量的增加,马氏体晶粒细化,气蚀后表面起伏组织变浅、变疏,表面裂纹萌生扩展得到减缓抑制,因此激光焊接件抗气蚀性能增强。另外,激光焊接件焊缝区的抗气蚀性能优于热影响区(HAZ)的抗气蚀性能。
High-energy laser beams were used to laser-impact-treat (LSP) the slab laser welded parts. The effects of laser beam, laser beam and laser beam were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), microhardness tester, high precision electronic balance and scanning electron microscope (SEM) Effect of Impact Strengthening on Cavitation Erosion Resistance of Laser Welded Parts. The experimental results show that the martensitic strength of the laser welded parts increases relatively, and the martensite exfoliation is restrained. The surface and cross-section hardness increase, the cumulative mass loss and surface cavitation damage area decrease. With the increase of laser energy, the grain size of martensite is refined, and the surface texture of the martensite becomes lighter and thinner after cavitation, and the crack initiation and propagation of the surface crack are slowed down. Therefore, the cavitation resistance of the laser welded parts is enhanced. In addition, the cavitation resistance of weld zone of laser welding is better than that of heat-affected zone (HAZ).
