多年来,湖南矿冶局一直被众多的富余人员和巨大的亏损额所困扰。1997年,全局广大干部、职工同心协力,在总结前一年工作的基础上,抓住减亏这个中心不放,不断清理工作思路,在达产达标、减人增效、对富余职工进行开发性安置等方面加大力度,较好地实现了年初制定的目标。全局完成社会总产值比上一年增长19.8％,其中民品工业总产值同比增长11.3％;补前减亏2000万
Over the years, the Hunan Bureau of Mining and Metallurgy has been plagued by numerous redundant personnel and huge losses. In 1997, the broad masses of cadres and employees worked together to build on the work done in the previous year, seizing the center of reducing losses, and constantly clearing their work ideas, achieving compliance with standards, reducing people’s effectiveness, and developing the development of redundant employees. With regard to resettlement and other areas, efforts have been made to better achieve the objectives set at the beginning of the year. Overall global social output value increased by 19.8% over the previous year, of which the gross output value of the civil industry rose by 11.3% year-on-year;
