从病毒感染后期的斜纹夜蛾幼虫脂肪体中提取mRNA,反转录合成cDNA探针,并使之与SlNPV基因组的酶切片段杂交,将SlNPVp10基因定位于BamHⅠ30千碱基片段上.SlNPVp10是目前发现的最长p10基因;基因的启动子内含有2个ATTGTA基序,是目前所发现的p10基因中唯一含有2个A/TTTGTA基序者.SlNPVP10蛋白含有10个七肽重复单元,可形成1个相对较长的卷曲螺旋.SlNPVp10所在的ORF552p10ORF945基因簇与SpliNPV的ORF552p10ORF945基因簇各基因座位、方向及对应的氨基酸序列十分相似,表明SlNPV与SpliNPV有很近的亲缘关系
MRNA was extracted from the body of larvae of Spodoptera litura during the late stage of virus infection, cDNA probes were reverse transcribed and hybridized with the digested fragment of SlNPV genome, and the SlNPVp10 gene was localized on the BamHI-3.0 kb fragment . SlNPVp10 is the longest p10 gene presently found; the promoter of the gene contains two ATTGTA motifs and is the only one of the 10 p10 genes currently found that contains two A / TTTGTA motifs. SlNPVP10 protein contains 10 heptad repeat units, forming a relatively long coiled-coil. SlNPVp10 ORF552 p10 ORF945 gene cluster and SpliNPV ORF552 p10 ORF945 gene cluster gene locus, orientation and the corresponding amino acid sequence is very similar, indicating that SlNPV and SpliNPV are closely related
