目的 探讨染色体异常与自然流产的关系,为临床遗传咨询及诊疗提供理论依据.方法 外周血淋巴细胞培养,常规制备染色体标本,G显带,Giemsa染色,显微镜下染色体核型分析.结果 580对自然流产夫妇中共检出染色体异常核型81例,异常率为6.98% (81/1160),其中平衡易位10例,占12.35% (10/81);倒位3例,占3.70% (3/81);染色体多态性68例,包括大Y、小Y、次缢痕增长、随体增大或减小、随体柄增长,占83.95% (68/81).其中男性染色体核型异常构成比为81.48% (66/81),明显高于女性染色体核型异常构成比18.52% (15/81).结论 染色体异常是导致自然流产的重要原因之一,临床上应重视对不明原因的自然流产夫妇双方的染色体检查,指导优生优育.“,”Objective:To explore the relationship between chromosome abnormalities and spontaneous abortion,to offer basics for clillic genetic counseling,diagnosis and treatment.Methods:G-banding and Giemsa staining after peripheral blood lymphocyte culture and chromosome preparation.Karyotype analysis was done under the microscope.Results:81 cases of abnormal karyotypes were detected in 580 couples who experienced spontaneous abortion,the detection rate was 6.98% (81/1160),Among 10 cases are balanced translocation,accounting for 12.35% (10/81);3 cases are inversion,accounting for 3.70% (3/81);68 cases are chromosomal polymorphism,including big Y,small Y,secondary constriction increased,satellite increased or decreased,satellite stalk increased,accounting for 83.95% (68/81).The male karyotype abnormality accounted for 81.48% (66/81),which was obviously higher than that of female karyotype abnormalities that is accounting for 18.52% (15/81).Conclution:Chromosome abnormalities are one of the important factors leading to spontaneous abortion.In order to provide aristogenesis instruction,the clinicians should pay attention to chromosome examination for these couples who experienced unexplained spontaneous abortion.
