上皮细胞受到细胞外因子刺激后向间质细胞转化的现象与肿瘤的侵袭转移密切相关。在此过程中上皮细胞的极性丧失、迁移和运动能力增强,同时上皮表型丢失并逐渐获得间质表型。目前的研究表明,两类微小RNA(microRNAs),即miR-200和miR-30家族的表达改变可影响未分化甲状腺癌(ATCs)的侵袭性。同时,microRNAs也可通过调控E-钙黏蛋白的表达及TGF-β信号转导通路,调节间充质-上皮转化/上皮-间充质转化(MET/EMT)过程,影响ATCs的侵袭性。
Epithelial cells are stimulated by extracellular factors to stromal cells and the phenomenon of tumor invasion and metastasis are closely related. During this process, epithelial cells lose their polarity, migrate and exercise capacity, while epithelial phenotype is lost and gradually get the stromal phenotype. Current research shows that the alterations in the expression of two types of microRNAs, miR-200 and miR-30, can affect the invasiveness of undifferentiated thyroid carcinomas (ATCs). Meanwhile, microRNAs can also influence the invasiveness of ATCs by regulating the expression of E-cadherin and the TGF-β signaling pathway and regulating the process of mesenchymal-epithelial transformation / epithelial-mesenchymal transition (MET / EMT).
