湖州华润万家商场采用钢-混凝土混合结构体系。多层混合结构中钢桁架的选型不仅要满足桁架自身的受力要求,还需考虑其对结构整体抗震性能的影响。给出了三种桁架结构布置方案,并对其进行分析比较,发现在满足受力前提下,桁架应尽可能减少斜腹杆数量,避免结构产生薄弱层和软弱层。钢桁架支座节点连接及受力复杂,经研究采用构造简单且密实度较高的铸钢节点;桁架跨间节点则采用带内隔板的钢板节点,为减少焊缝数量,节点两侧板件均采用整块钢板;对所有节点进行了有限元分析计算,确保受力满足设计要求。建立带弹性楼板的钢桁架分析模型,并与独立钢桁架分析模型进行了比较,发现楼板可降低桁架杆件的内力,但自身内力会相应增加,楼板设计时需考虑此附加内力的影响。
Huarun Huarun shopping malls using steel - concrete hybrid structure system. The selection of steel truss in multi-layer hybrid structure not only needs to meet the truss’s own stress requirements, but also needs to consider its impact on the overall seismic performance of the structure. The layout of three kinds of truss structures is given and analyzed. The results show that the truss should reduce the number of the inclined webs as much as possible and avoid the weak and weak layers of the structure. The connection of steel truss support joints and the complicated mechanical stress are adopted by the research. The simple and dense cast steel joints are used in the study. The interlaminar joints of the truss are made of steel plates with internal partitions. To reduce the number of welds, All pieces are made of steel plate; finite element analysis of all nodes to ensure that the force to meet the design requirements. The analysis model of the steel truss with elastic floor is established and compared with the independent steel truss analysis model. It is found that the floor can reduce the internal force of the truss member, but its internal force will increase correspondingly. The design of the floor should consider the influence of this additional internal force.
