Borzotta(Surg Clin N Am,1983)将功能衰竭的诊断条件列举如下:(I)肺衰竭:全身缺氧,需机械辅助通气支持5天以上。
Multiple Organ Failure (MOF) refers to the simultaneous or sequential functional impairment of two or more organs. Because of pediatric anatomical and physiological characteristics and incidence, MOF incidence is much higher than adults. The diagnostic criteria of MOF in children has not been unified yet. Borzotta (Surg Clin N Am, 1983) lists the diagnostic criteria for failure as follows: (I) Lung failure: Systemic hypoxia requiring mechanical ventilation for more than 5 days. (2) renal failure: serum creatinine> 2mg / dl, or urine output <500ml / day (adult) with serum creatinine doubled. (3) liver failure: serum bilirubin> 2mg / dl, SGOT and LDH more than 2 times normal.
