7个杉木亲本按全双列交配设计,对4年生杉木的树高、胸径、枝盘数、分枝数及冠幅的一般配合力、特殊配合力、反交效应、自交效应及杂种优势作了分析和计算。结果表明:①5个数量性状主要受一般配合力效应所控制,②在特定亲本的交配组合间特殊配合力及反交效应也有一定影响;③杉木具有较高的自交率,但衰退是普遍的,在良种繁育及长期育种中应予注意避免或利用;④在杉木杂交组合中,常出现超亲正向杂种优势,这些杂种优势多与亲本的一般配合力有关。在利用杂种优势的育种中,一般配合力可作为选择亲本的一个标准。
Seven Chinese fir parents were designed by full-duplex crosses.
