目的 研究祁州漏芦水煎液的化学成分。方法 :色谱等方法分离纯化 ,理化性质和光谱数据解析结构。结果 分离鉴定了 4个化合物 ,为牛蒡子酸 (Ⅰ ) ,蜕皮甾酮 (Ⅱ ) ,土克甾酮 (Ⅲ )和甘草苷 (Ⅳ )。结论 所有化合物均系首次从祁州漏芦水煎液中分离得到 ,化合物IV系首次在祁州漏芦属植物中发现
Objective To study the chemical composition of decoction decoction in Quzhou. Methods : Chromatography and other methods for separation and purification, physicochemical properties and analytical structure of spectral data. Results Four compounds were isolated and identified as burdock acid (I), ecdysterone (II), ketoctoneone (III) and glycyrrhizin (IV). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from the decoction of P. striolata for the first time. Compound IV was first discovered in the genus V. reed.
