本文研究了双元件栅半桥自补偿电阻应变计的测量线路。在三线制接桥方式的基础上提出了四线制测量线路。由分析结果可知,不仅连接导线电阻的温度改变这不可避免因素对补偿结果的影响显著减小,而且总的误差也随之减小。并指出,无论采取何种接桥方式,导线电阻的温度改变都得不到完全补偿,故必须采取电阻温度系数低的连接导线并尽可能缩短高温区的布线长度。
This paper studies the measurement circuit of double-element gate-half-bridge self-compensating resistance strain gages. Based on the three-wire system, a four-wire measurement circuit is proposed. From the analysis results, we can see that not only the change of the temperature of the resistance of the connecting wire, but also the influence of the unavoidable factors on the compensation result is significantly reduced, and the total error is also reduced. And pointed out that no matter what kind of connection mode, the resistance of the wire temperature changes are not fully compensated, it must take low temperature resistance of the connecting wire and minimize the wiring length of the high temperature zone.
