特大城市零售业态演变有其独特特征。特大城市人口分布不均,消费者用户体验需求增高,互联网以及物流业的发展,为特大城市零售业态演变提供契机。本文以北京市为例,从北京市人口分布特征、消费者需求、信息技术创新三个方面分析北京市零售业态演变原因,并对北京市零售业态演变趋势加以研究,最终得出各零售业态综合化趋势明显,电商与实体相融合。连锁便利店集中分布在商务区,生鲜便利店聚集居民生活区,大型仓储超市分布在人口密度聚集地,传统农贸市场依旧存在等结论。
The metropolitan retail evolution has its own unique characteristics. The megalopolis’s uneven population distribution, increasing consumer user experience demand, and the development of the Internet and logistics industry provide opportunities for the evolution of metropolitan retail formats. Taking Beijing as an example, this paper analyzes the reasons for the evolution of retail business in Beijing from the characteristics of Beijing’s population distribution, consumer demand and information technology innovation, and studies the evolution of retail business in Beijing. Finally, The trend is obvious, e-commerce and entity integration. Chain convenience stores are concentrated in the business district, fresh convenience stores gather residential areas, large-scale storage supermarkets located in densely populated areas, the traditional farmers market still exists.
