内皮素(ET)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)均为血管活性肽类物质,在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)发病过程中具有重要作用。我们对35例SLE患者血浆中ET和CGRP两种物质进行了检测,现报告如下。 1 材料与方法 1.1 研究对象:按1982年美国风湿病学会制定的SLE诊断标准,选择SLE患者35例,其中女性28例,男性7例,年龄14岁~62岁,平均年龄44岁。病程半月~16年,平均4.75年。35例患者中,血压增高者7例,肾功有改变者5例,雷诺现象并血管炎改变者
Endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) are vasoactive peptides that play an important role in the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). We have 35 cases of SLE plasma ET and CGRP two substances were tested, are as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Subjects: According to the 1982 SLE diagnostic criteria developed by the American College of Rheumatology, 35 patients were selected SLE patients, including 28 females, 7 males, aged 14 to 62 years, mean age 44 years.
