采用连续式膜过滤(CMF)工艺流程评测清洗工艺对中空纤维超滤膜污染的影响,重点考察物理清洗和化学清洗对膜污染的去除效果。物理清洗采用反洗、曝气工艺,并确定了最佳物理清洗参数,即反洗流速为4.3~4.8 m~3/h、总反洗水量为0.04~0.05 m~3、曝气流速为15~18m~3/h、总曝气量为0.20~0.25 m~3,在日常维护清洗中,使用次氯酸钠清洗40 min即可满足清洗要求,在经过几次化学清洗周期后建议使用次氯酸钠+柠檬酸进行化学清洗。试验证明,最优工况下,膜产水水质优良并具有极高稳定性,吨水能耗明显低于其他工况。
The influence of cleaning process on the pollution of hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane was evaluated by continuous membrane filtration (CMF) process flow. The effects of physical cleaning and chemical cleaning on membrane fouling were investigated emphatically. Physical cleaning adopts backwashing and aeration process, and determines the best physical cleaning parameters, that is, backwash flow rate is 4.3 ~ 4.8 m ~ 3 / h, total backwash water volume is 0.04 ~ 0.05 m ~ 3, aeration velocity is 15 ~ 18m ~ 3 / h, the total aeration rate is 0.20 ~ 0.25 m ~ 3. In routine maintenance and cleaning, sodium hypochlorite can be used for cleaning for 40 min to meet the cleaning requirements. After several chemical cleaning cycles, it is recommended to use sodium hypochlorite and citric acid Chemical cleaning. Tests show that, under the best conditions, membrane water quality is excellent and has high stability, energy consumption per ton water was significantly lower than other conditions.
