该文分析了注塑成型制品的功能要求与树脂材料性质之间的作用关系,采用模糊手段表示了对材料的选定度,提出了一种基于神经网络的注塑制品的材料选择方法。利用训练样本使一个BP神经网络学习选择材料的知识,利用测试样本验证此网络的能力。结果表明该方法能较好地解决树脂材料的选择问题。
This paper analyzes the functional relationship between the functional requirements of injection molded products and the properties of resin materials, and uses fuzzy means to indicate the degree of material selection. A method of material selection based on neural network is proposed. Using training samples to enable a BP neural network to learn the material of choice, use the test samples to verify the capabilities of the network. The results show that the method can better solve the problem of resin material selection.
