目的: 研究诺迪康对大鼠心肌缺血、血脂及脂蛋白的影响。方法: 结扎大鼠左冠状动脉造成急性心肌缺血模型, 以∑ST 和NST 来反映心肌缺血程度和范围, 用N- BT 染色确定心肌梗塞面积。用高脂饲料复制高脂血症大鼠模型, 连续灌胃给药10 天后测定血清TG、TC、HDL- C,计算LDL- C。结果和结论:诺迪康可降低大鼠实验性心肌缺血程度和缺血范围,减少梗塞面积;也能降低高脂血症大鼠TG 、TC、LDL- C,而升高HDL- C。
Objective: To study the effects of Nuodikang on myocardial ischemia, lipids and lipoprotein in rats. Methods: Acute myocardial ischemia was induced by ligation of the left coronary artery in rats. The extent and extent of myocardial ischemia were measured by ΣST and NST. The area of myocardial infarction was determined by N-BT staining. Hyperlipidemia rat model was reproduced with high-fat diet. Serum TG, TC and HDL-C were measured after 10 days of continuous intragastric administration, and LDL-C was calculated. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Nuodiadi can reduce the extent of myocardial ischemia and the extent of ischemia in rats and reduce infarct size. It can also reduce TG, TC, LDL-C and increase HDL-C in hyperlipidemic rats.
