番茄红素具有优越的生理功能。实验得知当环糊精为0.5g时,最佳温度为60度,最佳时间为60分钟,最佳比例PVA为环糊精的1.5%,环糊精与番茄红素比例为100:1,最佳条件下包合率可以达到47.38%。
Lycopene has superior physiological functions.
