随着时代在进步社会在发展,人们对健康和美的意识的追求也在不断的提高,初中阶段正是人生观价值观发展趋于完整的阶段,对于初中生形成终身体育锻炼的习惯有着很深远的影响。健美操是一种以身体练习为基本手段的有氧操练项目,是在音乐的配合下人们根据需要来进行各种形式的身体练习项目。在锻炼的过程中健身者的身心可以得到很好的放松,可以很好的减轻人们的心里压力,增强体能,使人的身体机能到达最佳的状态。笔者经过实地考察对比分析了学校健美操和俱乐部健美操的优劣势。以期待为学校健美操教学方法提供些许帮助。
With the development of progressive society in the times, people’s pursuit of the awareness of health and beauty is also constantly improving. The junior middle school stage is the stage of the development of the concept of outlook on life values, and has a profound and far-reaching effect on the habit of forming life-long physical training for junior high school students influences. Aerobics is a kind of aerobics training program based on physical exercises. It is a combination of physical training and physical exercises that people can take under the cooperation of music. In the process of exercising, the body and mind of the bodybuilder can be well relaxed, which can well relieve people’s stress in the heart, enhance their physical ability and achieve the best state of human body function. After field investigation, the author comparatively analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of school aerobics and club aerobics. Looking forward to provide some help for the school aerobics teaching methods.
