利用动力有限元程序LS-DYNA,考虑材料的非线性,建立三维有限元模型,进行了局部爆炸荷载作用、30根柱失效、60根柱失效、导弹打击等工况下的数值仿真分析.计算结果表明,在一定距离内,小当量的炸药爆炸并不会使冷却塔的支柱发生破坏,当炸药TNT当量达到2 000kg时,会使10根柱失效但不会引起冷却塔的倒塌;当30、60根柱分别失效时会引起冷却塔的倒塌,但冷却塔相应的倒塌模式并不相同;假如塔体遭受TNT当量小于100kg导弹的打击时,冷却塔会发生局部破坏但不会发生整体倒塌.
Using the dynamic finite element program LS-DYNA, the three-dimensional finite element model was established considering the nonlinearity of the material, and the numerical simulation analysis under partial blast loading, failure of 30 columns, failure of 60 columns and missile strike was carried out. The results show that at a certain distance, a small equivalent of explosives does not damage the column of the cooling tower. When the explosive TNT equivalent reaches 2 000 kg, 10 columns will fail but will not cause the tower to collapse. When 30 , 60 columns failed, respectively, will cause the collapse of the cooling tower, but the cooling tower corresponding collapse mode is not the same; if the tower subjected to TNT equivalent to less than 100kg missile blows, the cooling tower will be partial damage but will not occur as a whole collapse .
