目的研究从藏药巴夏嘎中提取、分离得到的有效成分鸭嘴花碱对肿瘤细胞的增殖抑制作用,对比其对不同肿瘤细胞活性的大小。方法根据MTT法,将提取、分离得到的鸭嘴花碱分别对人肺癌细胞株A549、人卵巢癌细胞株A2780、人肝癌细胞株HepG2和Lewis肺癌细胞株LLC进行细胞增殖抑制作用实验。结果鸭嘴花碱对A2780、HepG2和LLC细胞株的IC50分别为71.73、22.21、7.31μg.mL-1,而对A549细胞株IC50>100μg.mL-1。结论鸭嘴花碱对LLC细胞具有明显的细胞增殖抑制作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the inhibitory effect of bilobalide, an active ingredient extracted from Tibetan Pashaga, on the proliferation of tumor cells and to compare its effect on the activity of different tumor cells. Methods According to the MTT method, the extracted and isolated duckbacone were used to inhibit the cell proliferation of human lung cancer cell line A549, human ovarian cancer cell line A2780, human hepatoma cell line HepG2 and Lewis lung cancer cell line LLC, respectively. Results The results showed that IC50 of duckblossom aconite for A2780, HepG2 and LLC cell lines were 71.73, 22.21 and 7.31 μg.mL-1, respectively, while IC50> 100 μg.mL-1 for A549 cell line. Conclusion Lancensine could inhibit the proliferation of LLC cells significantly.
