本文试验结果表明，抗几丁质合成酶抑制剂──苏脲４４号对淡色库蚊幼虫的致死浓度（ＬＣ５０）为０．００８８５ｐｐｍ；当浓度为０．２５％时，对家蝇Ⅱ龄初期幼虫致死率达１００％；以浓度０．４％喂养家蝇成虫，对其产卵抑制率为９０．９％，卵孵化抑制率为８５．９％。
The results of this study showed that the lethal concentration (LC50) of anti-chitin synthase inhibitor-Suuuren 44 to Culex pipiens pallens was 0.00885ppm; when the concentration was 0.25% Larvae mortality rate of 100%; to 0.4% concentration of housefly adult worms feeding their inhibition rate was 90.9%, egg hatching rate was 85.9%.
