针对矿山计算机自动绘制巷道工程图存在工作繁重、精度不高的现象,本文建立了基于矿山测量数据的巷道生成算法,实现了巷道的自动绘制与标注。在此基础上,采用分而治之算法及巷道轮廓线作为约束线段的方式建立了巷道Delaunay三角网,并生成了巷道表面模型。通过巷道顶、底板表面模型的剖分连接实现了矿山巷道三维立体建模。对比目前采用较多的巷道中心线加载巷道断面的三维建模方式,本文所提供的方法避免了巷道中心线不易提取、巷道断面变形、巷道转弯处难以平滑及复杂的巷道节点拓扑运算等问题,具有自动化程度高、容易实现等特点。
In view of the phenomenon of heavy workload and low accuracy of automatically drawing engineering drawings of mine roadway, this paper establishes a roadway generation algorithm based on mine measurement data and realizes the automatic drawing and marking of roadway. On this basis, the Delaunay triangulation of the roadway is established by means of divide and conquer and the contour of the roadway as the constraint line segment, and the surface model of the roadway is generated. The three-dimensional modeling of mine roadway is realized through the split connection of roof and floor surface models. Contrasting with the current three-dimensional modeling method of roadway loading with lane centerline, the method provided in this paper avoids the problems of difficult extraction of centerline of roadway, deformation of roadway section, topological operation of roadway node which is difficult to be smoothed and complicated in turning of roadway, With a high degree of automation, easy to implement and so on.
