本文以杭州地区某高层建筑地源热泵系统为实验平台,对全年一个完整的供冷、供暖周期内地源热泵的运行性能进行了测试分析。运行结果表明,在杭州市的气候条件下,该地源热泵系统机组平均COP为供冷季5.0、供暖季4.5。通过定量分析机组和水泵能耗,发现本系统水泵能耗占整个系统的能耗比达到40%以上;通过定量分析该地源热泵系统与土壤间的传热量,验证了长江三角洲地区地源热泵系统与土壤间的热交换不平衡现象,该系统全年热不平衡率为35.4%,由此可能产生“热堆积”现象。最后,本文对如何研究“热堆积”对周围环境的影响做出了展望,并对改善系统运行性能提出了几点建议。
In this paper, a ground floor heat pump system of a high-rise building in Hangzhou is taken as an experimental platform to test and analyze the operation performance of the ground-source heat pump in a complete cooling and heating cycle of the whole year. Operating results show that the average COP of the GSHP unit is 5.0 in the cooling season and 4.5 in the heating season under the climatic conditions in Hangzhou. By quantitatively analyzing the energy consumption of the unit and the pump, it is found that the energy consumption ratio of the pump in the system accounts for more than 40% of the total system. By quantitatively analyzing the heat transfer between the ground source heat pump system and the soil, it is verified that the ground source heat pump System and soil heat exchange imbalance between the system annual thermal imbalance rate of 35.4%, which may result in “heat accumulation” phenomenon. Finally, this article made a prospect on how to study the influence of “heat accumulation” on the surrounding environment and put forward some suggestions to improve the system performance.
