应用水力分级技术控制砂子细度模数(或级配)的稳定,是保证混凝土质量,提高质量均匀性和节约水泥的一项比较有效而重要的措施。国外实践证明,砂子细度模数的波动范围可以控制在±0.1以内。这就为拌制高质量的低流态混凝土(坍落度为1~3厘米左右)
The application of hydraulic grading technology to control the stability of sand fineness modulus (or grading) is an effective and important measure to ensure the quality of concrete, improve the quality uniformity and save the cement. Foreign practice has proved that the fluctuation range of sand fineness modulus can be controlled within ± 0.1. This is for mixing high-quality low-flow concrete (slump is about 1 to 3 cm)
