证券行政执法和解制度在美国、欧洲许多国家以及我国香港和台湾地区广为应用,并卓有成效。而我国则亟待建立此项法律制度,尤其是要抓住这次《证券法》大幅度修改的机会创设该项制度,本文通过对美英、德和新加坡以及我国香港和台湾地区相关制度的具体考察,提出对我国借鉴境外相关制度在《证券法》中创设证券行政执法和解制度的思考。 The securities administrative law enforcement reconciliation system has been widely applied and effective in the United States, many European countries, Hong Kong and Taiwan of our country. However, our country urgently needs to establish such a legal system. In particular, we should seize this chance to make drastic changes in the Securities Law. This article examines the relevant systems in the United States, Britain, Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan in China , Put forward to our country to draw lessons from the overseas related system in securities law "the securities administrative law enforcement reconciliation system thinking.
