某铝厂引进的热精轧机组采用一种新型监控AGC(automatic gauge control)系统,其厚差分配策略在厚差修正过程中是动态变化的.本文在依据轧制理论推导出合理厚差分配规则的基础上,结合新型监控AGC的控制策略,推导出控制器可以直接使用的厚差分配系数的计算公式,解决厚差分配系数无法适应轧制铝合金牌号的变化从而进行合理厚差再分配的问题.最后,将改进的厚差分配系数应用于轧制不同规格铝板带的监控AGC系统中,结果表明,改进的厚差分配系数能够适应轧制铝合金牌号的变化,使新型监控AGC在保持轧制力分配比例不变的情况下进行合理厚差再分配以利于板形控制,充分发挥新型监控AGC合理厚差再分配的特性.
The hot finishing mill introduced by a certain aluminum plant adopts a new type of automatic gauge control (AGC) system, and its thickness difference distribution strategy is dynamically changing during the process of thickness difference correction.This paper deduces the reasonable thickness distribution according to the rolling theory Rules, and combined with the control strategy of the new monitoring AGC, the formula of the thickness difference distribution coefficient which can be used directly by the controller is deduced, and the thickness difference distribution coefficient can not be adapted to the change of the rolling aluminum alloy grade so as to be reasonably thick redistributed .Finally, the improved thickness difference distribution coefficient is applied to the rolling AGC system with different specifications of aluminum strip. The results show that the improved thickness difference distribution coefficient can adapt to the changes of rolling aluminum alloy grade, and make the new monitoring AGC Keep the distribution of the rolling force unchanged under the condition of reasonable thickness redistribution to facilitate the shape control, give full play to the new monitoring AGC reasonable thickness redistribution characteristics.
