目的 检测血管内皮细胞的细胞间粘附分子 (ICAM- 1)和癌胚抗原 (CEA)及血小板 -内皮细胞粘附分子 (CD31)的表达 ,以探讨癌细胞血管浸润转移机理。 方法 免疫组织化学方法。 结果 癌周直肠组织及淋巴结的血管内皮细胞 ,均有 ICAM- 1和 CEA的表达。 结论 提示在癌细胞沿血管转移过程中 ,ICAM- 1和 CEA是介导癌细胞和血管内皮细胞稳定的粘附分子。尚不能确定 CD31在癌细胞与血管内皮细胞相互作用中的地位。
Objective To detect the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM-1), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and platelet-endothelial cell adhesion molecule (CD31) in vascular endothelial cells to investigate the invasive and metastatic mechanism of cancer cells. Methods Immunohistochemical methods. Results The expression of ICAM-1 and CEA was found in the vascular endothelial cells of the rectal tissue and lymph nodes. Conclusions It is suggested that ICAM-1 and CEA mediate the stable adhesion molecules of cancer cells and vascular endothelial cells during the process of cancer cell metastasis along the blood vessels. It is not yet possible to determine the role of CD31 in the interaction of cancer cells with vascular endothelial cells.
