试验以山东4号大白菜的叶球为材料,分上部(距顶部5cm处横切2cm宽的断面)、中部(于叶球中部横切2cm宽的断面)、下部(距基部5cm处横切2cm宽的断面),1/4(纵切4份,取1份)和对角线取样(纵切4份,取对角线的2份)5个处理,以全株混合取样为对照,比较不同取样部位对测定全株的全N、全P、全K含量的准确性.结果表明:测全N以 1/4取样较好;测全P以中部或对角线取样较具代表性;测全K则以上部取样准确.若要一次取较样同时测全N、全P、全K含量,则以中部或1/4取样为好.
The experiment was conducted on the leaves of Chinese cabbage of Shandong No.4 with the upper part (cross section 2cm wide at 5cm from the top), the middle (the cross section 2cm wide at the middle of leafhopper), the lower part (5cm away from the base 2cm wide cross section), 1/4 (longitudinal 4, take 1) and diagonal sampling (longitudinal 4, take diagonal 2) 5 treatment, the whole plant mixed sampling as a control, The accuracy of total N, total P and total K in different samples was compared. The results show that it is better to take 1/4 of the sample to measure the whole N, and to sample all the P in the middle or diagonal is more representative. To take a sample at the same time all-N, all-P, full-K content, then the central or 1/4 as well.
