高压容器是一种可以广泛应用于化工、冶金、化肥、军事等领域的容器。20世纪50年代以来,压力容器出现了高参数、大变化、选用高强度材料等趋势,为了应对这种趋势,高压容器设计与制作技术的核心问题也产生了变化。高压器材对于选材、强度计算、制作、设计过程都等方面具有很高的要求,都必须严格执行有关规定,否则便会发生意外。本篇论文将主要介绍目前存在的主要问题,以及需要进一步研究的课题及方法。
Pressure vessel is a container that can be widely used in chemical, metallurgy, fertilizer, military and other fields. Since the 1950s, the pressure vessels have experienced the trend of high parameters, great changes and the selection of high-strength materials. In order to cope with this trend, the core problems in the design and production of high-pressure vessels have also changed. High-pressure equipment for the selection, strength calculation, production, design process all have high requirements, we must strictly implement the relevant provisions, otherwise there will be accidents. This paper will mainly introduce the main problems that exist at present as well as the topics and methods that need further study.
